10   If available calls the switch specific <code class="function">clr_table</code> method to clear a switch
11   routing table. Otherwise uses standard RT write method as defined by RapidIO
12   specification. A specific routing table can be selected using the <em class="parameter"><code>table</code></em>
13   argument if a switch has per port routing tables or the standard (or global)
14   table may be used by passing <code class="constant">RIO_GLOBAL_TABLE</code> in <em class="parameter"><code>table</code></em>.
