52      format, SGML or XML using a publicly available DTD, and
53      standard-conforming simple HTML designed for human
54      modification. Opaque formats include PostScript, PDF,
55      proprietary formats that can be read and edited only by
56      proprietary word processors, SGML or XML for which the DTD
57      and/or processing tools are not generally available, and the
58      machine-generated HTML produced by some word processors for
59      output purposes only.

61      The <span class="quote">&#8220;<span class="quote">Title Page</span>&#8221;</span> means, for a printed book, the
62      title page itself, plus such following pages as are needed to
63      hold, legibly, the material this License requires to appear in
64      the title page. For works in formats which do not have any title
65      page as such, <span class="quote">&#8220;<span class="quote">Title Page</span>&#8221;</span> means the text near the
66      most prominent appearance of the work's title, preceding the
67      beginning of the body of the text.
