2	The original implementation __do_IRQ() was an alternative entry
3	point for all types of interrupts. It no longer exists.

5	This handler turned out to be not suitable for all
6	interrupt hardware and was therefore reimplemented with split
7	functionality for edge/level/simple/percpu interrupts. This is not
8	only a functional optimization. It also shortens code paths for
9	interrupts.
